PECO Pallet is a North American leader in pooled pallet services—and a great place to work. We are passionate about providing high-quality pallets and responsive customer service to make the entire supply chain run smoothly, safely, and sustainably. We'd love to have you join our team!
PECO provides pallet pooling services—an efficient, sustainable system where businesses rent and re-use pallets instead of buying and discarding them. We manage a pool of tens of millions of high-quality wooden block pallets, rented to grocery and consumer packaged goods companies who use our signature red pallets to ship products across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Once emptied, pallets are returned to PECO depots to be cleaned, sorted, and repaired as needed—then sent back into the supply chain. This circular system helps reduce waste, lower costs, and keep products moving efficiently.
