PECO's Operations Team takes pride in consistently delivering quality pallets on time. We continually measure our performance and maintain a service level rating above 99.5%. Problems rarely occur, but when they do, we act quickly to resolve any issues within 24 hours. Working with the customer, we first identify the root cause of the problem and then take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Committed Service Team
The real key to PECO Pallet's customer service excellence is our Service Team. PECO's knowledgeable, experienced service representatives are regionally based throughout the U.S. They are dedicated to working directly with our customers in plants and warehouses on a day-to-day basis to ensure accurate reporting of pallet flows throughout our service network. PECO service team representatives make frequent on-site visits to conduct audits, observe warehouse activity, train employees, and make recommendations. They also provide support for PECO's powerful online tool, Red<>LinkĀ®. PECO service managers always respond promptly to any concerns or questions, and they work closely with both renters and distributors to resolve any problems or reporting discrepancies.
