Problems rarely occur, but when they do, we act quickly to resolve any issues within 24 hours. Working with the customer, we first identify the root cause of the problem and then take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Committed Service Team

PECO's knowledgeable, experienced service managers are regionally based throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. They are dedicated to working directly with our customers in plants and warehouses on a day-to-day basis to ensure accurate reporting of pallet flows throughout our service network.

PECO service managers make frequent on-site visits to conduct audits, observe warehouse activity, train employees, and make recommendations. They always respond promptly to any concerns or questions, and they work closely with both renters and distributors to resolve any problems or reporting discrepancies.
