Red<>Link is the PECO IT System and Customer Service Connection.

The name Red<>Link has been selected to describe our control system as well as convey our desire to create a simple, reliable and easy to use communication tool for our partners.

Since August 2004, Red<>Link has been used for all of PECO's inventory management decisions. It is now in the process of being taken out to our marketplace and can be accessed by our partners via this website, using their personal user ID which can be obtained through your PECO Representative.

At all stages of the creation and launch of Red<>Link our desire has been to work hand in hand with our customers, allowing many of our market & service partners to share a strong vested interest in the success of Red<>Link as a communication tool.
