Working with Depots
PECO's Operations Team consistently delivers only the highest quality pallets. Operations Managers work closely with our network of about 50 pallet depots located throughout the U.S, Canada, and Mexico. They conduct regular visits to measure each depot's service, quality, damage rate, and inventory accuracy.
Our depots are an integral part of our team, and we manage them closely to be sure their quality standards match PECO's stringent requirements.
At PECO Pallet, we know our most important job is to deliver quality pallets on time, when and where the customer needs them. Customers can place orders via EDI, online using Red<>Link™, or by contacting their PECO service representative.
We guarantee on-time delivery within 72 hours. Our Logistics Team works with a reliable network of third-party logistics providers and contracted truckload carriers across the U.S, Canada, and Mexico to efficiently deliver more than 4,500 truckloads of pallets each month, with a consistent on-time performance above 99.5%.
Ensuring Consistent Quality
PECO's exceptional reputation is built on quality, and we have very high repair standards to ensure that we maintain that level of quality throughout the pallet pool. Each time pallets are cycled through the depots, they are inspected, cleaned, sorted, and repaired as needed before being reissued to our customers.
Problems rarely occur, but when they do, PECO works quickly to resolve any issues within 24 hours. We will work to find the root cause of any issue, develop an action plan to solve the problem, and follow through to ensure that it doesn't happen again.
